How I made wearing the Quick Extender Pro comfortable
The common thread in almost all of the Quick Extender Pro threads I have seen is that in order to keep from slipping out of the glans support you have to tighten the straps so much that you end up cutting off the circulation. I had the exact same issue and I tried a bunch of different suggestions with only minimal success. I finally decided to put my engineering background to work and find a solution. The first step to finding the solution is to identify the problem(s).
So here was my list of problems with the Quick Extender Pro:
1. The ‘comfort’ pads are NOT comfortable. After a short while they felt like they were made of sandpaper!
2. In order to keep from slipping out, the straps had to be so tight it cut off circulation to my glans.
3. The straps keep loosening up.
My final solution is as follows:
1. I bought a silicone sleeve off of eBay to act as a replacement for the ‘comfort’ pad. Search eBay for ‘Male Penis Extender Stretcher Max Vacuum Enhancer Enlarger Silicone Sleeve’ and you’ll find it. The red line in the attached pic shows where I cut it down to size. I bought the large sleeve.
2. By folding the sleeve over on itself it doubles the cushioning of the silicone and prevents it from cutting off the circulation. The O-Ring creates a lip that prevents the strap from slipping off and it also prevents the sleeve from slipping over the glans.
3. I went with using a single strap and I feed the ends of the straps back through the bottom holes to keep the straps from loosening.
Here’s my 5 step process for putting on the silicone sleeve and getting strapped into the Quick Extender Pro: (see the attached image)
**Before doing anything, apply a LOT of baby powder! The silicone doesn’t allow the skin to ‘breathe’, so it will trap moisture and cause the silicone to ‘stick’ to your skin and it will probably hurt before too long.
1. Fold the sleeve over on itself, stretch it with your fingers and place it right behind your glans. Make sure the skin behind your glans is stretched a little so it’s smooth. You do NOT want a bunch of loose/wrinkled skin under the silicone sleeve.
2. Unfold the sleeve.
3. Slide O-Ring over the sleeve to about the 1/2 way point. I have found that a 1.25” ID (inside diameter) o-ring worked best for me.
4. Fold the sleeve back over the O-Ring. Folding the sleeve over provides a lot more cushioning to prevent the silicone noose from cutting off your circulation. The O-Ring creates a ‘lip’ that prevents the noose from slipping off and it prevents the silicone sleeve from sliding off over the glans when you start applying tension.
5. Secure the glans support. You will have to work out how much you need to tighten down the noose so that you secure your glans in place without cutting off the circulation.
