12 1/2 pounds is killing me!

You are overtraining like a madman! I’ve gained close to .7 of an inch BPFSL in just under 2 months from LIGHT hanging. In fact, I haven’t felt a lick of fatigue yet. It’s all about high volume, not high weights.


Starting stats- 5.9 BP Current stats- 7.5 BP, 5.25 EG, 8.13 BPFSL

But you see these are the guys that NEED to use a 1 ton weight to get the gains they want within the first 3 sets. They don’t care about the damage they may be doing they just care about being able to brag about what they are doing. Let them separate their tissues so abusively that they won’t be able to get an erection. They may actually be doing the gene pool a service. They have no respect for their own mortality. Perhaps they will report back here what it is like to pull the skin and their glans off of their ligs.

Hmm interesting indeed well I will say this once again for those of you that have noticed my rare posts b4 lol.I started with 29 lbs myself I am not sure if I would call it Painful in my mind I think if it don’t feel like alcohol poisoning where the line of your stomachs getting eatten then it don’t hurt at all.It’s more mind over flesh bud me personally I hang for 1-2 sessons of 20 minutes with the 10 minute jelqs between use dry jelqing.thats my fav one ok well back to working out I wish you luck and don’t be scared to go up in weight and don’t rush yourself either remember this isnt a race.There was one insident where I rushed myself and got that knot shit that one guy talked about once so I had to lay off it for a lil bit.My point is that your body will tell you man don’t listen to any method you will just injure yourself thats all gonna get back to my workouts and once again good luck!
