2013 - The resolution thread of Hanging/Pumping

So, I’ve decided that for this year I’ll be hanging atleast 500 hours in total. My goal for this year is to reach BPEL of 6.5 inches. I have started a new routine with lots of warm up in between sets. Also on weekends I’ll do some pumping/hanging sets in the morning also.
