6:00 LOT no gains in hanging?

I have a low lot, and from what I’ve read on bibs forum, he says to hang BTC for low lots, or am I totally wrong, I’ve read nearly every thread there, looking for information. I also believe hanging stretches the tunica no matter what angle you hang at. Maybe it’s better at certain angles, but for me at the moment I’m hanging 5lbs 3 x 20mins per day, I’m on an extra set now making my hanging set today 80 mins.

I’ve stopped all girth work and I’m using an ADS for as long as possible per day, this is around 3-4 hours at 30mins per time. I sleep with fowfers, or at least as best as I can do them.

Big M Do you think that hanging BTC with 5lbs for 1 hour per day and using an ADS for 3-4 hours per day is enough to produce length gains? Even with a LOT at 6-7. I know you don’t believe in the LOT but where My ligs stop change in pulling back is around 6-7, are you saying that you think it’s possible that no matter what angle that happens at you have the same chance of gains?

Hey 17ml. My LOT now is still between 6:00 and 7:00. It hasn’t chanced but I’ve still been able to make gains.
When I’m 100% erect my dick points straight out between 9:00 and 10:00.

Like I said before I’m not sure on the credibility of the LOT theory but I have been following the LOT theory’s advice on upwards hanging angles for guys like me with naturally low LOTS and have gained from it.

I know guys who have gained hanging SD or BTC after they have had their ligs surgically cut. In fact a couple of them post here. So I can’t see how a LOT of 6 means that one wont gain BTC.

Question how does this pully system work while laying down? I would love to be able to just lay down and stretch. Watch a movie, read a book. etc…….

The pics have written in detailed discriptions of what exactley is going on in the picture. Like you said when doing this hanging method I’m basically laying down on my back and watching TV or talking on the phoone.

I think BIB advised me to hang BTC if I’m not mistaken, and he knows I have a low LOT. That’s something I have seen on BIB forum a lot, I’m sure the way to hang for people with low LOTS is BTC or SD on there. Unless I’m totally wrong.

You definately caught my fucking attention. What is your hanging routine saiyan22? And where can I buy the pully and rope and all that?

Hey Uplink. Thanks man. I take it that you are interested in my hanging method. LOL.

My hanging routine is as follows. Monday through Friday

Morning routine: two 20 minute sets of tunica hanging with pulley system. 1 set of straight down hanging for a 20 minute set. 5-10 minutes of edging

Lunchtime routine: one 20 minute set of tunica hanging with pulley system. 5-10 minutes of edging

Evening routine: one 20 minute set of tunica hanging with pulley system. 15 minutes of manual bundled stretches with riser clamp being used as a power assist device. two 15 minute sets of pumping between 4-6 gs.

At work I wear an ADS for 6-8 hours.

You can get the pulley at home depot for 4 bucks and you get get rope from walmart or homedeput for 2-5 bucks as well. You can also get the pipe repair clamp at home depot for 5 bucks but if you have a bib hanger then that will work as well. The only thing else you’ll need is a bed a chair to tie the pulley too and a pillow for you to rest your head and you are all set.

What ADS do you use at work? An you kinda lost me with the riser clamp.

For ADS I am using two steel compression couplings that I bought from home deput. The couplings are about 4-5 bucks each and they weigh around 1.55 – 163 pounds each.
I wear them as PE weights to keep my penis elongated and all day with light tension on the ligs. On the weekends I wear a device called a tail peace flex pipe for 1 -2 hours that I also got from home deput. The flex pipe mimics the same action of a penis extender. Also go to page 45 post number 674.

The riser clamp is a homemade hanger that I came up with but I am hanging with the pipe repair clamp now but I still use the riser clamp as a power assist device to help with my manual stretches. To see pics of the riser clamp in action with detailed info on it go to page 32 post number 479 in my picture thread.

Hey saiyan22 would monty’s weights and a bib hanger be just as effective?

Yes Monty’s PE weights and the bib hanger would do just fine. The only reason why I haven’t gotten them is because money is low for me right now.

So with the bib hanger I will still need the pulley system though. I have never done stretches on the tunica for length. I am wondering if I have some quick gains there.

So hanging straight out or upwards targets the TUNICA more than the LIGS big S?
