But what if when hanging we position the weights in the same axis as the muscle and kegel to strengthen the muscle?

It would lead to an increase in EQ and muscle growth over time via overloading it. Would the muscle strenght help maintain harder erections?

In the study the max they could kegel was 950g. That’s 2 pounds. So if we can increase via reps and sets and weight over time we could develop the ichiocavernosus muscle and lead to very strong erections.

Any thoughts?

Seems that once again we are stirring at the same pot my friend.

I have been training ischiocavernosus muscle for a while now and results are showing already. It can be trained by kegeling against pulling force very easily. Pulling against in different angles or using your one hand as a fulcrum when pulled against with other you can target training on each leg of ischiocavernosus muscle.

I have discussed this topic in my log and some others have already tried it too with some results as well.

There are interesting findings in study linked here many times before that ischiocavernosus and bulbocavernosus muscles are not limited to a penis root only. Their longest striations run along CC and CS and between tunica layers as well further on penile shaft.
So there can be possible girth gains achieved if these skeletal muscles are properly trained.

About this study you linked. I think you misread it a little. 950g is the average maximum achieved within all three ED groups. It is also the 10 percentile value determined as the threshold level. Majority of the healthy control group can reach this and much more therefore .
In figure 5 it is clearly shown that ED group falls behind in every aspect tested. Stroke lenght, muscle endurance and mostly in maximum contraction force.

Yes, just do towel or weighted raises ;)
Should accomplish the same, but should be safer, easier to manage and quickly done .
While hanging I used towel raises (in my case a old XL shirt) to avoid EQ swings and to restore my EQ.
Hanging can be pretty intense and I would not do excessive kegeling when going up in weights.

Instead of a hanger you could use a extender too.
Better angles, longer sets and lower weight range.
Makes more sense to me.
