Hi

After my two first weeks of PE, i have only been using a Bibhanger, hanging for an hour or more a day. I have some questions about in which directions i should be hanging. I have a LOT of about 10:00, so i have been doing a lot of BTC.

What is a good schedule, when should i change direction, any example?

How, and where, would you describe the ‘fatigued’ feeling after doing BTC?
I feel it while stretching my member downwards in flaccid state, around the base.

I’ve read somewhere that i shouldn’t work at both length and girth at the same time, is that true?
Im currently working at length, but i’m also interested in enlarging my head
(please recommend excersizes that won’t “interfere” with my hanging, i’ve read about sadsack’s).

Hanging with a lot of blood in the head, would that enlarge it or would it just damage it
(i probably already know the answer to that but i want to be sure) ?

Just stick with BTC until your LOT gets down to 6-7:00.

From your schedule above, it looks like you are taking a lot of time off. Try to get in at least five hours per week. Ten would be better. That would be one to two hours per day, five days per week.

You will feel the fatigue in the general pelvic region, and it feels like you have done a weight lifting workout. Sore and tired.

That is about right.

I worked on length first, and then girth. That is what I recommend.

You can remain wrapped after hanging, and by adjusting the tension of the wrap, get some head swell happening. I think that this passive tension did increase my head size somewhat.

I found hanging with the head engorged created way too much blood pressure. If you do this, just do not leave the weight or hanger on for too long. Penismith has tried this. You might do a search using his name and maybe ‘head and hanging’ to find some good threads.
