Hello everyone,I was wondering if I could get some information on this from you guys with experience in using an AD’s after hanging. I use Monty’s weights,but I don’t know the best amount of time to do this. Sometimes I’ll wear them for a couple of hrs. (Is this long enough to do any good?) And other times I’ve worn them up to around 6 hrs. I know the theory is to stretch with the AD’s while the penis heals in the extended state ,but unfortunately ,I don’t know how long that normally would take. All responses will ,as always ,be greatly appreciated! JD76

The current PE theory is that you need to ADS stretch for as long as possible (with little breaks in between to freshen the dick up here and there of course). Monty’s weights are a good start. I recommend looking into Monkeybar’s Vac-extender series. I have it and it is very stealthy… once I got past the learning curve, I have been able to wear them 2 to 3 hours at a time without having to take them off.

An ADS needs to be worn past the healing stage or cycle. For each individual that is different. The consensus is that a cycle may be as long as 100 hours. That puts us in a position of having to wear an ADS almost constantly.

I made it a routine to wear mine all day or at least the better part of a day with no more then 8 to 10 hour periods without them. That guaranteed that the healing cycle would be covered.

My conception (for me at least) was that If I wore my rings for 8 to 10 hours and then had a heavy hanging session in the afternoon once a day for 1.5 hours I was good until the next morning.

I didn’t find it necessary to wear them 24/7 but enough that the healing cycle was disrupted often enough to heal long instead of while turtled. I liked the long duration Ring wear but I think if a guy wore an ADS several times a day for short periods (2 to 3 hours) he would accomplish the same thing.

As you can see by the above I may not have even put my rings on after a heavy hanging session because my penis was beat up enough by then but the next morning the rings went on right away and stayed on as long as possible.

I’ve found that using the ADS post manual stretching session is incredible in aiding gains, but you need to take off the vac-extender every 2-3 hours to let the head rest. I always stretch in the morning and wear the ADS for the rest of the day with an hour or two off in between ADS sessions. This seems to be a solid rest interval so that any fluid accumulation at the glans dissipates but you don’t turtle very much during this time.
