Ads or week long stretch just hear me out

If wearing an ads after hanging helps it heal in the elongated state why not hang then put the ads on till you hang again meaning over night etc. I for one would think that it would be faster gains, but the ads I’m talking about would be monkeybar’s white sleeve it is for night time use so who wants to try out this theory with me I will make sure to post progress when I can finally hang for a little bit but have school all day as well.

Unsubervised PE is never recommended.

The white/yellow Xleeves really don’t give enough tension for me to worry about using them over night. Even then, I always tape up my glans to make sure I won’t get a water blister for longer sessions. I’ve had no trouble wearing one over an 8 hour period, but I’m just not dedicated enough to use an ads most of the day.
