You can purchase Tungsten in flat bar or rod from McMaster Carr.
It’s very expensive! And very hard … usually 65 Rockwell and nearly impossible to cut or drill into unless you have the proper tools and equipment. I suppose you could use it for an all day stretcher weight depending on how you plan to attach it to your penis…. good luck!

Onto something here how good would it be to create the exact image of a gym bar lock to fit your flaccid penis, I reckon it would weigh about 3 to 5 kgs the question is would your dick become accustomed to the weight and you would have to go heavier

Has anyone get any experience doing drawings that I can send to a manufacturer overseas? Pretty much want to almost replicate a gym bar lock but also smaller so a flaccid penis with a sleeve on can fit.

I have a seat of Solidworks software and one of Mastercam.
I can generate 3D drawings and wire frame electronic files. If you have some pencil sketch drawings with dimensions I can draw them up for you.

I do this everyday. I have custom made weights tungsten weights that I wear all day. Not carbide, pure tungsten. I have many sizes as well depending on where on my shaft I want them. 98% of the time its near the base or actually behind my balls like a cock ring.
I firmly believe that doing this, along with my other routines (that I rotate ) has been a big factor in my gains.

Like LGHanger said. These are VERY fucking expensive and I had to have them made a place that specializes in tungsten production.

Go for it if you have the means and tenacity. Making something YOUR WAY, will be exactly what you want. Haha.
One small piece of advice though, budget for a few rounds of prototypes. Your first few will always be slightly off or wrong from what you think you wanted or expected. Second: when ordering a very small quantity (MOQ) you will always be charged more. So again, just make sure that you have some extra dough to burn; then fuck it, get after it.

That’s what I did. I spent thousands before getting my weights the way I want them.

Raptor11: Please elaborate! It’s wasn’t until LG mentioned tungsten that I looked it up…1.7 times more dense than lead. When space counts, density is important. What does it look like exactly? You say, “like a cock ring.” How does it attach?

Like a metal cock ring. Or like a golf weight. You can gave the on your shaft or behind your balls. Depending on preference or the feeling you are looking for that day. I have both. Essentially, what I am saying is that I have rings with different sized internal diameters.

For the sake of this conversation , I will shorten this answer. They are designed similar to golf weights in shape. Mine however are not total round every where. - optimize the design for the most weight as well as the least slippage.

A Tungsten sphere 1kg costs around $170 usd from China with shipping.

The gym bar lock isn’t very suitable because of all the parts involved, I’m looking at something similar to what LG posted, a simpler design.

It’s going to be expensive but if everything goes well I would get them to guys cost price if anyone is keen.

Be aware that not everyone can wear Tungsten. There are allergic reactions for many. Symptoms often include rash, bumps, itch, redness or changes in skin color, dry patches and blisters in severe cases.

LG is right. They will not tell you what they mix into their tungsten unless you ask; And then know what to ask specifically. They are crafty that way.

Having been the operations manager for two large job shops in Portland Oregon that did work for household name companies like HP, Intel and Epson, we manufactured a lot of parts out of semi-exotic materials. Right around 2008 many domestic metal manufacturers went out of business and it was very hard to find quality tool steels and stainless steels. Unfortunately that forced us to go with China and Russia. The quality of materials from there was garbage! Material certifications were useless.

China isn’t trustworthy when it comes to making any type of raw materials! They lie and then play dumb when you call their manufacturers on it.

Yeah guys I’ve already got alot of emails talking absolute nonsense and trying to rip me off from the chinese suppliers very frustrating, that idea is scratched.

I’ll try and figure something out, I found an old penis weight made from pewter it weighs roughly 750grams you need an elastic band to hold the ring together around the penis when wearing.

How about getting LG to make you a hanger chamber in stainless but without the eye hook and longer to add weight ?

If you could recess the valve somehow you could even tap the end and have extra screw on weights.
