I’ve been PE-ing for about 2 years now and have gained about 1.5 inches in length and .5 inches in girth. I have just recently starting hanging (for about 2 months). I only started hanging because I felt that manual stretching was getting me no where (and because I’m uncut and, because I wasn’t wrapping correctly it hurt!)

I’ve figured out how to wrap in a way that doesn’t hurt, so that’s good. I’ve started hanging only 3 pounds for about 1 month just to get used to the weight, and now I’ve gone up to 5 pounds for yet another month. I do 3 sets of 15 min with a 5 minute break between sets, about on average 4 days a week. I usually can’t make it throught the whole 15 minutes of the last set (I can usually only last about 10, then it gets a little to much. is this fatigue i’m feeling?)

Up to this point I have not seen any length gains.

What I’m concerned with is that am I just building up a resistance to the added weight, thus not enabling me to gain any kind of length. I didn’t start off with 5 pounds because at the time it was just too much to take. But after I got used to 3 pounds, I was able to go up to 5 pounds.

My LOT is 9, so I’ve been letting the weight hang strait down (because I’ve read that you should stretch strait down with a 9 LOT).

For the guys who were in the same predicament as I am and later started making gains, any advice from you would be greatly appreciated! Am I just getting antzy expecting to see gains, or do I need to be more patient?

Be patient. If you are hitting fatigue, that’s good. That is what we want.

Why do you hang for only 4 days per week?

Ideally with want your dick to be in an almost constant state fatigue, otherwise if you leave to much time between sessions you give it time to heal and when it heals, it will heal stronger than when you started.

Bigger explained his theory on this in another thread. Your ligs are like a bundle of fibers. Some of these fibers have a resistance of 1 “pound,” some have a resistance of 2 “pounds,” some have 3 etc. When you hang five pounds of weight off of your penis all the 5,4,3,2, and 1 pound fibers fail instantly but the 6 and higher don’t budge. If the fibers that need to be broken down in your penis are stronger than 5 pounds you won’t make any gains until you break down those fibers with more force.

But more weight is not always the key. According to your post you’re hanging for 3 hours a week @ 2.5 pounds. In the grand scheme of thing that’s not that much hanging. Most of the big gainers on this board hang at or around 10 hours per week so consider adding more sets into your routine. If you have any more questions, just ask.

The reason I don’t hang longer is becuase I don’t seem to have the time. I would love to hang Monday through Friday after work, but some nights I’ve got other stuff I need to do that takes me away from hanging.

Where do I feel the pain… that’s a hard one to answer. I know it’s not the skin, I feel it almost more on the sides (hold on while i look up the correct terms)… i think it’s the Corpora Cavernosa where i’m feeling my pain. If Andrew is right about wanting to feel that fatigue, I guess i’m doing something right. I’m not sure where you got the 2.5 pounds, (i’m currently hanging 5 pounds), but I guess I’ll try to hang more days and hang more sets during the nights.

When you say sides, do you mean the side of the penis shaft? Most guys are aiming for fatigue at the base of the pubic bone where the ligaments attach. If this isn’t clear then I promise you tomorrow I will dig up the diagrams.

Yeah, when I say sides I’m talking about the side of the penis shaft. But I also do feel a fatigue at the base of the pubic bone, so i guess I am doing something right afterall.

Try golf weights in between sessions ADS. If your reaching fatigue, then a light tug all day will help keeps the gains and prevent healing. With 5 lbs of hanging I would suggest something on the order of 1/2lb which would equate with about two golf rings.

My routine is hanging heavy i.e 12 lbs or more every three days, then 2 lbs of rings all day every day in between.

I’ve been getting about 3/8” per month

It also helps to take an aspirin or ibuprofen each day to curtail healing
