Any LG hanger impressions?

I’m considering buying one. Its rather new and very expensive, but of the experiences from people on forums I’ve read who’ve tried it(including jonpop), it seems pretty good. Still would like a bit more input first.

Most people reported nice gains with the bib hanger like bhcentral or aggolb.

Yea, That’s what I’m hoping to get too (a link).

I know there’s 2 on PEGYM. One that’s official, and the jonpop one which is slightly more reliable, but I don’ wanna spend all that cash based on one okay thread.

What’s your previous PE experience Jaaawwwiii, if I can ask?

Some manual, and some bib hanging. I have a bib starter, but I can’t use it because the right side of my shaft is too painful for some reason. I have a 10 page thread on the bib hanger forums

I bought a LG hanger. I didn’t care for it. It gets really uncomfortable when you increase the weight. Also, you can’t do crunches with it as it’ll cause your head to move away from the dome and potentially give you a blister. I went back to the bib. Using the bib isn’t easy, but it works, at least for me. Note I hung extensively in 2008-2009. Got up to 35lbs and stopped because of time constraints. I’m a hard gainer and require a fair amount of weight to see results (current max weight is 20lbs). If you don’t have any hanging experience, then the LG might work for you. However, if given a choice, I’d go with the bib since you can increase the weight as necessary to make gains.

Did you put tape on your glans like you’re suppose to with vacuum hangers?

I tried the tape that came with the hanger and also purchased some other tape (coflex?) recommended by another LG user. Neither of them worked that well. The best setup I found was using Monkeybar’s tape and construction cone to cover my glans. That was by far the most comfortable. However, getting past 15 lbs with the LG was a problem. This is why I stopped using it and went back to bib.

Chuck would you be interested in selling your LG Hanger?

I have been using it and am at about 275 hours, currently at 15 lbs. I have gained a quarter of an inch to 3/8ths and I am very happy with it. I do not believe that it was designed to use while doing crunches as mentioned above.

I have all 3 bib hangers and i love them too but the LG is much easier to use, it can be used for sets as long as 2 hours or even more depending on weight and conditioning. The learning curve is very fast and I have not seen many complaints about it. The support is very good and it is a sturdy SOB. I would recommend it.

Holy Freaking Heck!!! (Pretty sure cursing is banned here). I checked the tracking and found out I was going to be getting it today, really fast delivery I got the LG Hanger today after speaking with the guys from LG Hanger for a few days and explaining to them my situation that I was tight on cash. I got the biggest surprise when I opened the box, they sent me package A and had a note to reimburse them whenever I could! Just in time its my birthday week! Thank you baby Jesus and I definitely will pay them back in a few weeks. Their customer service is phenomenal! The hanger itself is very thick walled with the vacuum connection built into the hanger. It literally looks like the best vacuum hanger I’ve ever come across (Max-Vac I & II, The Grip, and Monkeybars). From looks alone its worth the investment. Please for the love of God stay in business LG. I’ll let ya’ll know what I think of it and how it performs once I have a chance to test it out.

I should mention that I did pay them for the hanger itself but they upgraded me without telling me.
