I apologize if this has been covered elsewhere, but I haven’t seen anything about this particular angle.

So I had a thought towards the end of my session just now. Fulcrum hanging behind the balls. I basically lifted my balls and dick up over the dowel that I’m using for fulcrum. I only did it for a few minutes because that was the very last set for this session, but holy shit that was an intense stretch. It might be a good way to attack the very base of the penis. Could be especially useful for people like me who have a larger fat pad.

Has anyone ever tried this? If so did you get anything out of it?

As an avid fulcrum’r, I’ve done this frequently and enjoy it. But I haven’t done it enough to get a good idea of whether or not it has any merit.

I like the two-handed fulcrum. Don’t know if there’s an official name, but I grip my dick in one hand, balls in the other hand, and split the two over a fulcrum.

It seems the btb version of any exercise is more intense and hits the inner base like you said but with a higher risk of injury. Have to be careful not to ruin your chances of having kids in the future. Although, that might be a good thing.

I already have 2 kids I wouldn’t be heart broken if I couldn’t have any more lol.
