I can take one with my phone if you want. I’m hanging with one right now.
It’s really not that complicated, the descriptions and instructions were sufficient to build mine.
Mine’s about half the size of a football and looks like a rounded rectangle. I’ve added layers and made it bigger over the weeks.
If you can put a lot of rice in a sock so it’s a perfect sphere, then smash it on the table so it’s flat on 2 sides, then begin to tape it off, you’ve got it. It might take a few tries.
It has to be TIGHT, and the side you’re going to hang on can not squish down during the set. It helps to make it more rectangular I think. I added a mousepad to one side of mine then duct taped it off, so the arch on that side is different than the arch on the other. It helps when I can just flip the RSDT over during a session and feel different kinds of fatigue.
