It contains a crudely drawn picture, but it gives you the idea.
You want your shaft bent over the RSDT, and the hanger/weight causing the front of the penis to bend down.
How big you make the fulcrum is up to you.. mine is big enough to cause a bend in the entire shaft and almost take my balls with it. A smaller fulcrum could create more specific fatigue.
You want the hanger to tilt downward throughout the set, so you know you’re getting a good double fulcrum pull on the septum/tunica.
