I have been fastening my hanger close to the base of my penis and getting a wicked internal stretch when I do BTC. Anyone else hang like this?

I haven’t done that, I don’t think I’d ever be able to get it grasp anything at the base, except skin. Are you sure you aren’t stretching skin? If so, how much weight do you use and how do you go about attaching it? Are you circumsized?

I’m going to answer your questions in no particular order. I am circumcised. I am virtually positive I am not just stretching skin because of the internal pulling I feel. I use between 10-12lbs. I attach the bib’s close to the base of the penis, not quite up against the body, but the hanger is closer to the body than to the head of the penis. If you’re interested in trying it out it couldn’t hurt. It will only take a couple extra minutes out of your routine to feel if you’re getting a good stretch or not.

Tried that several years ago.You can hang quite a heavy load this way. In fact, you’ll find that you can hang almost twice the weight than you can from just below the head. Gains stopped though, and it could be me, but it seemed like I was getting a collar/donut of skin near the head. Didn’t like the looks of it so I stopped,and resumed hanging behind the head. You definitely get the fatigue that is spoken of here as the holy grail.

I am uncircumsized but that sure sounds like skin stretch to me. Correct me if I’m wrong.

I find this to be a very effective means to pull everything out because of the weight that can be managed comfortably. For a while skin stretch will be a key thing but necessary and this will not limit hanging once it is stretched out more.

guys -

considering the conventional bib is 3 inchs long and most flacid lenghts are 5-7 from base to back of head we are only talking about and inch either way. My suggestion - try and use both, you will need skin stretch to acommendate the increase in size so they will balance each other out.

I have spend 100’s of hours doing both.

After how many hours shoul I see any result? I think for everyone is different but I remember when I used to gain with the new I had lots of postive pi’s! What shoul I expect from hanging? I don t get strong night wood
