Back for the first time

Okay, I’ve came to the realization that I can only use coban for tape. Unless it’s something else I don’t know about, (other than microfoam ) that I can use. I was trying to do everything to get a seal. It was ridiculous. I couldn’t even watch the ending of a game, at about 24 minutes left. Long story short, I was getting lucky using a non-stick cloth like bandage. Until now, I was putting this under the coban. I guess I’ll have to only use coban. I was just trying to eliminate that expense, w/ something washable. So much for that. Awww, there’s that great pull again. This thing is a beast!!!!!

I think all of this was due because I had somewhere to go, and I rushed the wrapping.

Okay, for this week I’ve only been doing an hr a day after work. I’m really trying to do 2 hr’s a day, since I read a thread on here about doing 4 hr’s a day to gain an inch in a yr. I wish I had the time, but I guess 1/2 ” in a yr is good enough.

It has almost been a week, so this will be my first full week. I had a little slippage today, and like I thought, it was due from some moisture. I’ve read some articles on here in the past, and I guess I just need to wipe out my cylinder periodically. Or use some waterproof tape.

I’m thinking about using my clamp from my clamp hanger, so my vac hanger can have more of a seal. Sometimes it takes a while for my vac to seal. I have to use it for something since I’m not using it as much. I’ll still clamp hang sometimes in the future. I guess I need to shave, or clean off my silicone sleeve. It makes it troublesome to add heat. I guess I’ll have to add heat in between sets. Well, when I get off of my second job, I look forward to some late night hanging. Almost a whole week down.

I guess I’ll have to get contact/latex sleeves. I’m starting to experience slippage. Good thing I have an electrical pump. It seems that after I leave the pump on for a while, the seal reestablishes itself. I didn’t get to hang yesterday, so I just started my first session. I tried my collar from my regular hanger w/ the vac, but it was kind of uncomfortable. Well, bout to wrap up my first hr.

Okay, got my seal going again. I just have to master my wrapping.

Did a little trimming on my shaft, and cleaned out my cylinder. So now I’m getting a better seal. I’m going to have to clean my sleeves weekly probably, but I guessed that helped my hanging this morning. I’ll probably be doing 7.5#’s for a while. I’m thinking about getting a contact/latex sleeve to see if I can increase the grip.

Got another hr of hanging in tonight, plus 30 minutes in the extender. It’s hard for me to use my heating pad during stretching, so I usually use it after or in between. I definitely use it before hanging. Week two, here we go, and I’m getting a better seal now.

Seal is still fabulous, and I’m using old wraps. This thing is addictive, I don’t even want to iron my pants until I’m done. I just sit doing BTC doing the same area, it takes a while for the starch to blend in anyway. Hopefully I’ll have positive results in two more weeks. The struggle is real w/ my busy lifestyle, but I’m determined to see results. My flaccid does feel a little more free. I really enjoy this 7.5#’s. I’ve been lucky to get in a good hr. everyday. The weekend hasn’t been going according to plan lately.

Okay, so my regimen didn’t go according to plan again w/ these two jobs. I’m getting more use to my schedule, so I know I’ll be able to squeeze in more sets. I had no go’s on Friday and Saturday. Thursday, I kept it in an extender while at my school orientation after hanging, for about 4-5 hr’s ( that’s why I need to start writing this stuff down, so I can remember). So I think I have about 4 hr’s total so far. Sooooo, I’m finally going to try 5 hr’s straight today. I can’t wait until next week. I’m on stay-cation from 1 job, so I’m finnuh do some crazy sets.

Schlong7, I remember talking to you and told me you got good gains from the Bib starter. I hope you will keep on gaining with longer sets with the LG. How long have you been resting?

Man, too long bro. I’m just now making about a month w/ the LG ( about two weeks of serious recording time). I guess my rest time was mmmm, 3 month’s. I have to see my last log. Had a good hang session this morning , and I’ve had my extender on there after for 2 hr’s. After I get finish w/ the laundromat I’m going to try 4 more hr sesessions. I’m really dedicated this time because I really want to add an “. I really believe I can w/ LG, because my stretch looks like its been in an extender all day when I take it off. I’m only doing 7.5#’s right now, and I think I’ll stay on it w/ two week intervals. Also, I actually don’t have the Bib. I have the Optimal, and I only gained 0.2”. Thanks for remembering after my short hiatus. Now that I have a better seal, I’ll have to start putting heat back on it. I was experiencing some slipping, due to bad wrapping. Yep, it’s been a 3 month hiatus. Makes me wonder, where I would’ve been if I kept going? That’s why I’m really motivated now, but I bet this vac hanger will make up for that lost time.

Just now started my hang session for today. Not too upset about not doing a 5 hr. set yet during my vacation. I wasn’t going to be able to do it sooner or later. Well, I’m also trying to master kegeling. Since I’ve been hanging, I would squeeze as deep as I could in my pelvis. Then I would let some out, and hold some in. I’ve been trying to figure this out, but at least I’ve noticed a little jump at the base. I guess that’s the muscle I’m suppose to feel? Well, hopefully I’ll get that 5 hr. session tomorrow. I always do heat, stretches, and a little jelqing beforehand. I just hope I make a gain, any gain by the end of the yr. I’m also aiming for a 672 hr’s of extender time, maybe more, w/ the remaining month’s of this yr.
