Beginners Vachanger routine.

What the best beginning routine for Vac Hangers? And what should that ultimately lead up too? I’m going to be doing some research tonight, but i was hoping that someone could give me a head-start on what to look for and do, i see hanging 101 thread, but i get the feeling that its instructions are more so based on what to do with regular hangers like BIBs.
