After trying a noose style hanger and another device, I will say this is this is the most comfortable way to hang that I have found. If you have found a better solution, I would love to hear it.

I ordered one easily enough and it arrived very quick. It is a door hinge with a molded dick holder that is well thought out with basic hardware I am well beyond satisfied.

For anyone reading this unless you have a huge girth get the starter it’s much easier to learn wrapping technique and how hanging should feel.

Best $ I have spent. The starter works well, is easy to use and if used correctly is capable of great results.

Would suggest using the starter until your size requires a different model.

The smaller size of the starter allows easier fulcrum hanging and overall ease of use.

Malehanger

Has anyone used the malehanger? Looks just like the bib hardcore except its 50 bucks. Thinking of getting 1 unless I can fi d a used bib hanger.

Can anyone tell me if by using a Bib Hanger at higher weights, will this eventually cause you to get scarring along the shaft and/or have some kind of permanent donut effect on the shaft? If so, is it relatively common, or not such a common occurrence? I’ve seen a couple reports along these lines, and just looking for clarification for myself. Thanks!

Dont buy it. Malehanger has a screw that will be painful after some weeks, and will screw the blood vessels at the upper side of the shaft.
Also the sides, have shap edges that will bite into your dick and irritate your penis structures.
It´s a rather dangerous tool.

Any compression hanger will create some non-permanent indentation at the sides of the shaft, right under the glans, because you need some place for the weight to rest on. These are called “shoulders of the head” and will probably go away after some months from stopping hang sessions.

About scarring along the shaft, If you mean skin striations because of skin elongation, that´s totally possible. It will stretch your skin too. If you mean scarring in the septum or outer tunica, I dont think that´s how it works… would be like wondering if an athlete has scarring along the tendons. It will strengthen your tissues though, as is normal if hanging weights.

It can cause other side effects like thrombosis in veins or lymph vessels, inflammation, etc.

The hanger is extremely tight but very secure. I worry about the hanger being so tight for 20 minutes while I hang. Am I worrying about nothing?
