BiB Hanger

While i’m hanging the hanger slowly rotates to the left side for some reason i’m not entirely sure why i’ve tried everything to fix it but it still keeps on rotating to the left side

what i’m holding the weight with is
Rope and a carabiner i attack the rope to the weights then use the carabiner to hook it on to the bib any advice in regards to this matter would be helpful it just keeps rotating to the left side like the whole hanger

What I do is if the weight is close the the ground and I’m standing I put a box next to the weights, and position it until it doesn’t rotate.

But mainly I do over the shoulder and btc

i don’t know what im doing wrong but i think it might be something to do with either the wrapping or skin
