Bib Hanger
Hello, I have been hanging consistently for 3 months now I did have a bit of a hiccup due to commitments but I’ve completely put all my effort into hanging and I am giving it my all,
I have currently been targeting the SD position for the past 3 months. and i have seen some gains from 6.0 to 6.5/7 it sometimes falters I don’t know why but should i continue to hang in this position or should I change. The second issue Im having is that when I’m hanging in the SD position I’m feeling more fatigue on my right side, which has caused me some alarm as previously in the past when I used to hang I would feel the fatigue on both sides. please could you give me some advise on what I should do to fix this error thanks.
my routine is 6 sets a day 2 days off 5 days on each set is 20 minutes long my weight at the moment is 5kg = 11lbs
