Hello, I have been hanging consistently for 3 months now I did have a bit of a hiccup due to commitments but I’ve completely put all my effort into hanging and I am giving it my all,

I have currently been targeting the SD position for the past 3 months. and i have seen some gains from 6.0 to 6.5/7 it sometimes falters I don’t know why but should i continue to hang in this position or should I change. The second issue Im having is that when I’m hanging in the SD position I’m feeling more fatigue on my right side, which has caused me some alarm as previously in the past when I used to hang I would feel the fatigue on both sides. please could you give me some advise on what I should do to fix this error thanks.

my routine is 6 sets a day 2 days off 5 days on each set is 20 minutes long my weight at the moment is 5kg = 11lbs

If you are seeing gains then its best to not change anything. I understand what you mean and it might be because your hanger is twisting causing your penis to twist so that one side takes most of the stretch. What you can do is get a heavy item like a stack of books or jar that is filled with something, place it on the floor underneath where you seat then allow the weight to rest on the side of the item. Make sure you dont do this in a way that causes the item to carry some of the weight, the weights should be hanging just beside the item which would prevent it from turning either way fully.
