I hadn’t measured until now… It looks like I may have lost 1/8” of that gain so far. I suspect that hanging that way would work fine if you have the time and dedication to it.

I was fully expecting to have lost most if not all of the gains. I suspect that my current foreskin restoration routine which includes about 10 minutes of manual tugging may have minimized the losses.

Don’t know why you’d lose it. If you didn’t lose it in the first 3 weeks, that sounds pretty permanent. Congrats!

I’m fairly new to hanging, so I started with 2.5lbs fulcrum, now up to 5lbs. Because of current privacy issues, I may not get to do it more than a couple of times per week, but perhaps that’s good, so I get to condition slowly.

Hehe! Thanks, LoveMachine. Yeah, I’ll be patient and simply keep PEing whenever I can. Let it take another year, if necessary. But once I got that first newbie inch last year, there’s no stopping!

If your having privacy issues and it causes disruption of your routine you might try using an ADS to prevent losses and or toughening of your ligs. With adequate time lag between sessions your body will heal your ligs back to their original length and strengthen them at the same time producing a plateau which will require additional weight to break them down again. That’s why you see some guys here hanging up in the twenty pound plus area. Beware of healing cycles. They occur differently for each individual so you need to find out for your self how fast your body can react to torn ligs. I try not to go more then 12 to 18 hours without some sort of application of hanging or ADS. It’s kept me down at the 9 to 14 lb range for couple years now and still gaining.

You speak of the ligaments always always being the area where the gains come from but isn’t is reasonable to think other tissues at the base of the penis might be growing/stretching as well like the CC’s/CS/(maybe even tunica) other then just the ligaments?

Sure but they aren’t going to add length when the ligs are the skeleton that all is supported by. If the ligs don’t grow then it doesn’t matter what happens to the other structures they will just be loose tissues. The ligs have to lengthen before the other structures come under enough stress to force them to grow. I think that is why Newbie’s get very good growth initially because the ligs allow themselves to be stretched and the other structures accommodate, but when the ligs move beyond the accommodation of those other structures then you have gain slowdown because your demanding growth from both areas. Therefore in answer to your question more directly, the other tissues MUST grow in order to get overall gain but the ligs are the first thing that needs to give.

So what about when the tunica grows and the erection angel goes up and the ligs tighten.

I don’t know much about penis anatomy but I would have thought the tunica and septum can grow by themselves with out effecting the ligs and tightening the ligs at the same time.

Tightening of the ligs is the last thing you want and I doubt seriously that they would tighten at all. What would cause them to tighten?

If that were the case then you would actually be loosing length. The ligs are tied from just under the glans and run all the way back to the pelvis. If they tightened you would become shorter.

Whats actually happening is regardless of the angle your stretching the ligs, tunica, urethra, corpus cavernosa, etc etc will be stretched. Some more then others but in general all will be affected.
