BIB squish

The bib seems to squish the penis alot. Is there a chance of injury to the dorsal vein or the urethra?

In General I would say no. It really depends on mastering the hanger placement. There is a post about where the dorsal vein is somewhere on here. In refrence to the uretha, I have heard a drop of blood might come down it, but that can be from the beginnings of any PE, not just hanging. I think some people have the uretha squashed and find out about it when they take a piss and it has a mind of its own. Both can be easily circumvented.

I was having that problem and after talking to bigger about it I cut the jelq out of the bib hanger except for the top by the teeth area. It only started to bother me when I reached between 6 and 6.5 in girth. I like it better without the jelq I have more room.

All about mastering the attachment….You need to toe out a little and tighten the shit out of the hanger. If done right, you have little to worry about.

The teeth should be fully meshed on top when your ready. Also, the wrapped penis should not force its way up between the top of the two halves of the hanger….if its doing this while fully clamped, toe out a little more. Hope this helps.

The teeth should be slightly overlapping but not meshed tight. Minor difference in words, but huge difference in application. :)

Thanks all. Its getting better. It took about 45 minutes to get it though.. Hurt at first, now just not that comfortable.

For me they have to be damn near fully meshed.
