Bib starter vrs Hanger

Bib starter vrs Hanger

I now have the hanger and I fit fine into it. I am 7.25x 5.35 or so. But does anyone find the Bib starter more comfortable for longer Not heavier hanging sessions.

John

Johnny,

I am very close to you in size (7.5 EL & 5.7 EG). I use both the regular and the starter. I use the starter to hang BTC and I use the regular to hang straight out and over both legs. The problem that I have with the regular is that I get fluid accumulation under the glans when I hang over 12 lbs. with it. LiL2Big1 and others have reported the same problem. I get this despite having the glans more than 2 inches outside the hanger. The starter is no more comfortable than the regular. As you move up in weight, which you will, watch for this condition. If it never happens to you, then the regular is all you need.

Good luck

JT

So you dont get fluid with the starter? The regular is comfortable dont get me wrong!!!!. But I was wondering if I could benifit from the starter for different angles due to its smaller size. So thats what I ment by comfortable. What about stretching the trunica? would the Starter be better due to its less grasp on the whold shaft?

Johnny,

No, I don’t get the fluid with the starter unless I position it right behind the glans.

I don’t know. Bib put structures in the Bib hanger to grip the tunica. I would guess that either the starter or regular will lengthen the tunica, although I primarily use the regular for that purpose.
