BibHanger Question

I’m pretty new to hanging with a Bib Hanger, I hang BTC but the Question I have is, is it OK to not use a wrap wile hanging? I find it much easier to hang without a wrap and more comfortable.

Also I’ve searched for the answer but have turned up with nothing so far,just so you know.

Thanks Thunder, Just what I was looking for. :) I agree with Soma, much easier to hang with less weight without wrapping, for me that is.

Hanging without a wrap is OK as long as you are working with lower weight. Lower weight is OK as long as it is fatiging the ligs. However, at some point in time, you will need to move up in weight as the ligs toughen up. This is when you will need to wrap because you will need to tighten the hanger more to hold the weight. If you don’t, your skin will get chaffed and very sore. I’m not trying to scare you. I just wanted you to know why wrapping is (or will be) important.
