kabar,
>I am new at this as you already know and I know that this program will be successful. Maybe if folks who got gains post them, it will encourage those that who are thinking of giving up.<
I don’t think there are any doubts that hanging can give gains. Starting with Tom H, there have been hundreds if not thousands of guys over the years who have gained. The Bibs have given plenty of gains. Everyone has their own point of stopping for whatever reasons.
>I went from 5lbs to 17 lbs in one week, and let me tell those quitters, it will cost some type of sacrifice if you want any gains.<
That is too agressive. You need to back off a little and be more careful. Things will happen, but your penis needs time to adjust.
>I mean, even if its 2” in a year, the sacrifice would be worth it. <
Not many guys gain two inches in a year. You are setting yourself up for disappointment if that is your goal. It is ok to have long term goals, but also make shorter term goals that are more reasonable.
>I know that in about 3 months, I will probably be up to 25 - 30 lbs and any sensible fool knows that if you hang 30 lbs on your dick for a few months, you have to gain length. <
Once again, this is too agressive. Don’t set goals on the amount of weight. Simply go by the way it feels. Try to always get the fatigued, worked out feeling during a session. The amount of weight hung, should not be a goal.
>Those quitters are just lazy and thought that hanging was going to be a piece of cake and probably didnt get past 10 lbs.<
Many guys will make gains at ‘only’ ten pounds. That may be what certain individuals need to hang.
>I am determined to gain 2” on my dick, and when I do, I will post it. Just like the old saying ” NO PAIN, NO GAIN ” and I dont mean injury pain, I means good effort workout pain. <
Just be sure to relax, and let the weight do the work. No pain at all. Do other things while hanging but do pay attention to the condition of your penis. Remember to set lower, shorter term goals.
