Well.Here I am again. I really selected what were the best of use to members otherwise it looked as if I am biased towards Thindes (which I am)

Come on Guys. it only takes a few seconds and you could do it whilst resting between exercises -The sitting down ones that is.

I tried to imagine that. Unfortunately I have a perverse sense of visualisation and am now stuck with an image of Thunder in a designer dress two sizes too small walking the red carpet.
