BTC Chair

Hi All,

I was inspired to modify a chair to assist in hanging BTC for quite some time but after seeing a description on Bib’s forum about cutting a hole in a Zero Gravity camping recliner, I decided to actual do something.

I have now been using the chair for 3 days and loving it. I noticed that the infrared lamp I have gets way to close to the bottom of the chair so I have bought some heat resistant material to improve upon the chair.

I will post a photo of the chair, was hoping to start a discussion about some ideal modifications as the online store I bought the chair from sold them in pairs for $159AUD.

Based on any great ideas, I want to modify the second chair to be the ultimate BTC hanging chair.

Nice looking chair for BTC ,you should get some pretty good gains with that chair as long as you get some good quality time in.

Also a general question: Is hanging in BTC position usually done on a chair while sitting on the edge? Thanks in advance.

Yes. Typically BTC is done from the edge of the chair. I would also put both feet on the edge so my knees are near eye level. That would get a great ligament stretch going for me.
