Ok, all I do is hang BTC (literally as of yesterday…work online at home now!) and, I’ve noticed when hanging if I tighten my lower abs…in other words pull them up toward my chest …the muscle group itself not moving my pelvis ….I get more of a pull from the weights in my pubic area. Is this a good idea? Thanks for the feedback! Time for another set!

You sure its not just skin pull? I try to relax my abs - it seems to hit the ligs more. Plus pivot the hips back.

Still,

Hells yeah! Try crunching the lower abs and reverse kegeling at the same time. Much fun.
