BTC question for BIB or experienced hangers...?
Ok, all I do is hang BTC (literally as of yesterday…work online at home now!) and, I’ve noticed when hanging if I tighten my lower abs…in other words pull them up toward my chest …the muscle group itself not moving my pelvis ….I get more of a pull from the weights in my pubic area. Is this a good idea? Thanks for the feedback! Time for another set!
