Burning behind scrotum.

Anyone experience burning behind thier scrotum while hanging? What is this? Tunica. I feel this mostly with btc.

When I was hanging hardcore, my ball sack took on new duties as shaft skin. Maybe you are getting a little bit of skin pull, is there any redness or skin cracks appearing? Toughening up the scrotal skin was a nightmare, please advise if I can help.

No redness, or skin cracks. There seems to be a lot of pressure where my penis is behing my sac.

Could it be to do with your op?

If you are hanging at an upper angle, yes I could see this happening. BTC, not so much, unless the weight is pressing down your balls or something.

I get that burning while hanging OTS—it might just be different tissues being pulled to the point of shearing a little.

I just started hanging and I can feel an itching (burning?) sensation deep inside when I’m done. I think that’s a good sign.

I know exactly what that is. Just put your hanger on a little closer to the glands and it will go away. Either that or you are over-doing it a little. I say “a little pain is gain. A lot is not.”
