Buying a bibhanger, should I get the starter or regular one

Hi guys I’m deciding whether to buy the Bib hanger, I’m currently 5.92 inches for Erect Length and 1.4 Erect Girth.

Those of you who are experienced using the Bib hanger which one should I get from the site the regular Bib Hanger or the Bib Starter.

Sorry I meant my Flaccid Girth was 1.4

Is the 1.4 the width? Usually the measurement is in circumference.

I would recommend a starter because of the length (less than 6in). The regular would probably grip too much of the shaft.
