Can the VacExtender cylinder hold.

The same amount of weight as a vac hanger cylinder because on the site it says you can hang light weight with the extender cylinder but the heads are quite different from each other. Just wondering because the vac hanger is discontinued so is the vacextender the replacement that can deal with hanging and extending?

I’m able to hang 5 pounds with the vacextender head comfortably for 30 to 40 minute sets. I guess it can hold 1 or 2 pounds more.
