Can't find the tubing for this hanger...

I am making a homemade hanger, then one in the FAQ (link is in my other thread if you need a picture), but I can’t get the right sized tubing anywhere. I bought 3/4” and 1” tubing, figuring that that would work when I wrap and am flaccid and everything, but it’s still too small. Where can I find anything bigger than 1”? No hardware stores carry it. Any good alternatives? Thanks!

I didn’t exactly want to get anything offline, just wondered if like hardware stores carried anything different that could be used. But I might have to try that if I can’t find anything, thanks!

You could try a large vacuum cleaner attachment. The plastic is kind of thick though. Lowe’s has them.

Are you looking in the right section in hardware stores? They should have rolls of tubing in various sizes. Maybe not many carry the larger sizes. I used 1.5” inside diameter for my homemade Bib.

I haven’t checked, but maybe a pool supply place would have it.

I think 1.5” would be perfect. I was checking the plumbing section at Lowe’s. I’ll try the pool place and see what I can come up with.
