Lol. Sorry for the confusion, Chickenchoker asked if it was a joke and I thought it was so obvious remek was joking that I thought I’d fuck around with him and say I didn’t see anything funny. I guess nobody got any of the jokes on this post and it about turned it into Jerry Springer!

I just started to hang again sence my mishap. my third week into 5lbs three sets BTC @ 20 min. each and 10 min. rest.

It was my first attempt with my new chickenchoker CCH3 and a simple wrap.

I love the easy on and off, I have a less of a cold head and it was so comfortable that I felt that

I can hang longer or even more weight. But i will bite my time for those increases.

I will try today with no wrap and by the way I am not cut so I see this device as a blessing.

You’re welcome.

If you try it wrapless, you’ll need to position it closer to the base or right at the base. You’ll notice quite a bit of skin stretch which you’ll get used to and it may in the long term lead to more foreskin for you. But hey, after you’re done with growing length after a few years, maybe you’d want to have that foreskin cut.

Once you get used to the skin stretch, you won’t be able to tell the difference between wearing a wrap or not.

I could use the extra skin stretch on my lil-buddy (Pinoy). Erect my foreskin peals back.

Did my first two sets with light wrap and the last un-wrapped and “WOW” I hung comfortable

And hope it’s the same when I decide to add more weight.

Yes, I remembered from your other posting to position the CCH3 closer to the base and I did

Exactly that but I pushed more foreskin to the rear of the hanger.

Question? On making my hanger I used the gray hard electrical pipe and it measures outside diameter 1 inch.

Is that the same as the white pipe? Or is it 1 inch inside diameter. I also used Rivets to hold the pad in place

Instead of screws (it seams to hold and looks neater.)

Thanks for the laugh but I like my foreskin and will keep it- more skin the bigger to measure

hmmm, how odd.

I just measured the pillars’ inside diameter at 1-3/16” and the outside diameter of 1-6/16” but it is sold as 1” PVC pipe, and it is the white one.

Great idea with the rivets.

OK, I have just completed my first set (20 min, 7 pounds) with my CCH3.

I must say that I love my wench and it is great, but my CCH3 ROCKS!

For all those guys out there that have problems with cold/numb head with the wench, try the CCH3.

Even after 20 min, my head was totally pink and warm. Very, very comfortable.

I will now be hanging with both (so I don’t get sore in one spot).

You do realize that the 20 min. set limitation is just a precautionary procedure against dangerous loss of circulation and was probably guesstimated at by a compilation of our hanging experiences. It has also nothing to do with where you may hit hanging fatigue. So…

Now that you’ve conquered the 20 min. set with a “warm” head. Do me ( and you ) a big favor.

Good point CC.

By the time I really tighten up the wench to get it to stay on with 7 pounds, 20 minutes really is a safe max time for me.

When I use to go to the gym (seems a life time ago), once in a while we would use “shock” treatments on our very stubborn legs.

We would start a our max weight on the inclined leg press and go to failure with our max weight. When would then drop say 40 or 50 pounds and again go to fatigue at that weight. We would keep going until we couldn’t even push the empty trolley up the incline!

Now that is what you call total fatigue! We would just lie next to the machine for 30 min plus until we could walk out of the gym!!

Of course that was only ever Friday night as it took all of the weekends lying around in spas loading up on protein shakes and eating great big juicy steaks (yum) to recover for work on Monday!!

I think I’m going try for total fatigue while hanging.

Provided I have good circulation (pink,warm head), could anyone think of a reason not to?

I always aim to hang “at” fatigue, but just like the above example, that is fatigue at that weight only. It is not total fatigue.By the time I have taken a break between sets, it take me time again to reach fatigue with the weight.

But if my circulation is good, then there should be no reason why I couldn’t hang to fatigue with my max weight for as long as I can, and then progressively drop down my weight until I’m down as far as my lightest weight. (7,5,4,2,1 pounds)

This actually maybe a great “Plateau Buster”.

Right, I know what I’m doing tonight!
