I read that a negative sign for hanging is a cold glans, which I have gotten as I’m sure most have. My question, I guess, is what causes it? A little more, what can be done about it?

HTW (wrap) is one of the best things I’ve bought for PE. I’m getting much improved circulation with them compared to with other wrapping materials and methods I’ve messed with.
Daily exercise and keeping a good general circulation is of course not to be neglected. Jelqing and Kegels can also greatly improve circulation in the unit area.
