Guys,
I have done the works.

Hanging (15 kg at most), pumping, erect yelking and bending…..

Nothing works. Not one millimeter gain.

An observation:
The tunica is said to be made of collagen,
which several websites claim to be stronger than steel

So what is the point in trying to stretch steel?
Only vast amounts of force will have some effect, I guess.
But how much?

Any steelbenders around on this forum?

How much time do you put in per day?

I used to hang about 12 - 15 kg for 40 minutes a day, for 2 months. If that doesn’t count for something, I dont know.

if you hang 100 grams, I do not think time will be on your side ;)

That’s not a very motivating piece of information.

Perhaps we could do an experiment:

- go to the butcher and acquire a pig’s penis (a horse’s dick would not be wise, Me Thinks)
- hang weights in increasing numbers, and observe when the deformation becomes permanent, and when it snaps in two.

40 minutes is nothing man. At minimum you need to hit an hour. Did you reach fatigue? Did you stay sore? If not then I can definately see why you made no gains.

Afte a session my thing felt sore.

I had the idea that Something had Happend during the hanging session.
Hence my signature.

And I usually stopped when I could take no more, so 40 minutes was not lazyness but the maximum possible.

Hanging bigger weights was not possible, because it became too painfull.

A pig’s penis would not work. Not the same physiology. Also, it would need to be alive to get accurate information.

Guys have all sorts of different strength tissues. I believe SS4jelq has the record for the most time and weight needed before gains finally started.

In my opinion isolated hanging sessions (even if done every day) will be much less effective than continuous traction. IMHO you need to start hitting ADS, fowfers, traction wraps, and why not through in shower jeqs and stretches as well. You need to convince that thing that it wants to grow. If you can’t tell, I’m in the slow and steady camp.

Tube is right but I wouldn’t necessarily call it slow and steady. I would call it a slow and steady relentless assault. Bib hangs up to 4 hrs a day. Now THAT is major time. ADS devices convince the shaft that it has to grow just like those appendages of african tribesmen when they hang stuff from them to get it longer. The more you do to it, passive or active, the less time it has to regroup itself to resist deformation. Hang, jelq, ADS, fowfers.

It’s a constant consciousness of every hour of everyday. Make it a war if you have to and change your schedule to accomodate it. PE in your garage if you have to for privacy. PE at work in the men’s room if you can. PE while driving to work. I have done all 3. Wear an ADS everywhere. On the few days during the week when I can hang, I shoot for 2 hrs per day.

TIME WILL MAKE IT GROW.

Stronger than steel? Perhaps, but just like the one leg bone that is stronger per kilogram than steel reinforced concrete due to its honeycomb nature. Collagen varies per person as well as with age too.

I guess the main point to my question is:
despite all the time and effort, is there a thresshold for anything to happen?

Like: if I pull my ear 100 times a day, it will lengthen in time, no doubt.
But the dick is one tough SOB, having all that collagen.

It seems to me that I reached the limit of the intensity, so the only factor I can change is the amount of time I put into it. And that, I fear, will not be enough.

I am hitting the sack now (bedtime in Europe) but feel free to add your valuable posts.

I quit hanging a long time ago. I don’t know where the four hours figure you sited comes from, but it was, on average, much more than that.
