I suggest we agree to disagree. Thanks to compression hanging was able to get the results I wanted. In my opinion , I would have never got it with vac hanging. My girth is also 6.25 so maybe I had no choice and required more weight.

I do believe compression hangers can work great, I used total man and bibs both worked well. Don’t you think it might be a good choice to recommend what we may think would be the safest choice for people looking to get into it?

I’m curious what negative affects you speak of when it comes to vac hanging maybe blisters? 5.5 got away with no tape for a pretty long period and a is a famous gainer. I would say taping is a lot easier than wrapping and less risk of necrosis with compression hanging

Ok, just used the search function on this page. I typed in "necrosis" and got 5 results. Of those five, two mentioned using a noose hanger (don´t ever use this type of hanger), one a vacADS hanger, one an extender and the last one I have no idea because it is Italian and I am too lazy to use google translate.

I then used the same search function and typed in "blisters" and got five (5) PAGES of results.

BTW, I found this gem.

As far as what I recommend is the safest that gets results? A compression hanger.

That’s cool, in my experience even when wrapping perfectly some days I would still have trouble squeezing all of the blood out of my glans and the compression hanger would turn my dick head blue towards the end of the session. Some days it would be fine. Very frustrating and scary but whatever your preference is. I just think the learning curve with compression hangers was steep
