compression hanger AND vac hanger?

I haven’t seen this discussed before. Recently, I developed some blisters with my vac hanger that were slow to heal. Not wanting to stop hanging until they were healed, I got a compression hanger to use in the meantime.

I found that the stresses put on my penis by the compression hanger weren’t 100% the same as the vac hanger. The attachment point is different and the area of the penis that is subjected to the most trauma is different as well. Now that the blisters have healed, it seems that splitting my hang time between the vac hanger and the compression hanger is useful, and gives me a better overall workout. If I do 12 sets a day, I might do 8 with the vac hanger and 4 with the compression hanger.

What say you? Instead of debating compression hangers vs vac hangers, is a good idea to use both?

Has anyone tried using compression hanger with vac hanger?

I throwed my Bib starter and HC to garbage when I moved. To get rid of terrible memories.

Compression over vac every time. No doubts. Vac hangers will give you blisters and can only handle low to medium weight. I only see max 10 LB before you start getting major blisters. You ever have a blister on your penis head??? You will NEVER want to feel that and it takes weeks to heal. Done that and been there and will never do it again.


Currently at 8.125 BPEL and 6.25 Girth

I would pay 10000 euros at least if I could go back and choose never to get compression hanger.

I got permanent skin damage. Discoloration, stretch marks and looser skin. Also got about 0,4” girth gain that is probably some fibrosis. Some times there was brutal edema after hanging set and it was just brutal. First months were ok when I hanged with some blood in glans. Bib told not to do that. Many other his advices were not rational to me. All this to gain shitty 2cm/0,8” in 6 months and those were newbie gains.

Ok, just to be clear. You gained an inch of length and almost half an inch girth with the compression hanger. You did´t follow Bib´s advice. The guy that has helped thousands to achieve gains.

So other than the discoloration (probably from improper use) you made some good gains. How much gains have you made since switching to the vac hanger?

I don’t understand how it can be so hard to get good grip of dick without raping skin. As I can get very good grip with my hand. Overhand grip from glans and it is very comfortable to well over 25 lbs of pressure to dick. It is of course supported my blood pressure. Thing that is very forbidden in compression hanging (blood in glans). How could we emulate hand grip with some device?

All I can say after reading your reply is that it seems you have had a totally opposite experience to my own. I was able to figure out the correct way to apply the compression hanger and my gains are 2 inches. I did have some discoloration but it has since gone away because I learned how to properly put on the device. My penis is neither mangled or bludgeoned from using my hanger. Currently at 8 inches BPEL and 6.25 girth.

The kind of discoloration I speak is permanent. It is hemosiderin staining.

How is the correct way? What you used for wrap? Did you leave any blood in front of hanger?
