Considering Vacuhanger - Questions

I’m probably going to order this hanger so I have a few questions.

1. My dick is on the small side (5.5 BPEL x 4.7 EG) but it seems like even I would need the biggest cylinder size since large and below requires a girth less than 4.5”! Is this right?

2. Do the sleeves really last for about 3-4 months or can I probably get more time out of them?

3. Would I be better off buying the constriction sleeve to guard against fluid buildup, or using medical tape? (or both?)

I think he’d be able to help you with your first two questions regarding sizing and wear and tear issues.

As far as the tape vs. sleeve question I’d order a sleeve (I think most set-ups come with anyway) and buy a roll or two of different tapes and experiment.

Don’t go crazy with weight right away. You need less with a vac type hanger. Start with lower weight (3 - 5 lbs) and see how it goes.

My constriction sleeve lasted a whole two minutes :rolleyes:

I blew threw all 3 of my original purchase shaft sleeves and both head constriction sleeves in about three weeks. The top part of what is now my 4th shaft sleeve just tore but I caught it in time and cut that section off.

In my opinion the sleeves may be a continual purchase proposition.

Your 4th! You got 4 sleeves :hmh: I think I only got 3, it might even be 2, I wrapped the whole thing up and packed it away, but I’m pretty sure there weren’t any more than 3 in there :noreally:

I’ll probably bump into them some day and wonder what they are :gulp:

(I started with basically the same stats as you, i went with the small and medium size heads, although i usually only use the small one.)

(The original sleeves that shipped with the hanger, were very thin, and only lasted me a few weeks. The new “HEAVY DUTY” sleeves that Monkeybar provides, are VERY durable. I have been using them for about 6 months no problems.)

(Defintly use the constriction sleeve. Its comfortable and easy to roll on/off. Plus, it comes with the hanger.)
