How many gainers use a cold cloth after your session?

Just want to bump this up because i’ve been wondering too? Would an ice pack be beneficial?
I have been using cold tap water on a cloth. Using a ice pack is to harsh on the penis.

Never tried it to be honest. I stop applying heat on my last set (usually) but have never tried going so far as to use a cold cloth.
