So, I’ve actually had an unvoluntarily break of 1 week. Due to having the flu currently, I don’t feel my EQ is on top, but I will try to make some measurements tonight.

Lately, I’ve been typically hanging 1-2 sets per day for the last month or so with consistent piss pulls every time I’m at the toilet.

I’m not sure whether I should resume hanging now or if I should switch over to a strict water pumping + jelqing routine + piss pulls. If I were to resume any hanging now, I think I’d try another angle at least.

Did you thoroughly read and apply all the principles set out in that very informative thread to your hanging regimen that you mention in this post ?
