So, I’ve actually had an unvoluntarily break of 1 week. Due to having the flu currently, I don’t feel my EQ is on top, but I will try to make some measurements tonight.
Lately, I’ve been typically hanging 1-2 sets per day for the last month or so with consistent piss pulls every time I’m at the toilet.
I’m not sure whether I should resume hanging now or if I should switch over to a strict water pumping + jelqing routine + piss pulls. If I were to resume any hanging now, I think I’d try another angle at least.
