Do I Have More Gains Coming?

I’ve been hanging a while. Also have pumped a while.
Haven’t gained anything in months and that’s after a break.

Here’s my question. ….
I have no tugback when pointed straight down.
I have mild to moderate tugback straight out.
I have moderate to strong tugback straight up.

Does this mean I’ve exhausted my gains from hanging straight down and if so so I have more gains to go since I still have tugback straight out and up?

If so, what exercises should I focus on?

Maybe go into more detail about your routine and how long you’ve been at it? Time, weight, pressure etc….

So after my inital gains from stretching I started pumping but didnt stick with it. I then started hanging about 2-3 years ago.
I did a few months then did some pumping for a couple months.
Took some time off then resumed pumping but now im going back into hanging for some more length,

On the first go around with hanging i was doing 3 sets a day and started with about 2 lbs and progressed up to twenty something lbs in those months.
Ive started incorporating hanging for a week here and there now and im about 7 lbs. but i only do 1 set, 2 tops for 10-15 minutes otherwise my unit is like seaweed.
I feel less weight is better for me now.
I also occasionally do fulcrum hanging with the hanger and my unit draped over a 1/2” pvc tube.

My tugback is exactly the same as yours in those positions so I’m interested in any advice especially as to which stretching direction may serve best

Tug back was debunked a long time ago. To the OP, it seems like you need to be consistent. This isn’t a 3-4 month endeavor.

It’s hard to say whether there is “growth left” when we don’t know what growth to date has been?

Results - started at 5.75 erect length and approx 4.8 eg.
now just under 8” EL and 5.2 eg.

Weird thing happened thre other day. After pumping my stretched flaccid length is just about 8.1 - 8.2”. The other day it was 8.5”
Was that a fluke or a sign?
