Do I Have More Gains Coming?
I’ve been hanging a while. Also have pumped a while.
Haven’t gained anything in months and that’s after a break.
Here’s my question. ….
I have no tugback when pointed straight down.
I have mild to moderate tugback straight out.
I have moderate to strong tugback straight up.
Does this mean I’ve exhausted my gains from hanging straight down and if so so I have more gains to go since I still have tugback straight out and up?
If so, what exercises should I focus on?
