Easier than I thought!

Wow!

Im hanging right now and I must say, PEing and being able to do other stuff is GREAT! No interrupting work to get up and stretch, sti back down, etc. Anyways…..I THOUGHT it would be very hard to set up and get used to, but the hardest part was cutting up that Theraband stuff…i gets pretty tricky…lol. Anyways, Im starting off at 3lbs. At its so paintful! I CANT TAKE IT!! ITS KILLING ME! Ok…I lied….its actually a nice stretch….there is a slight burning sensation but its hardly noticable and not uncomfortable at all. Anyways, I hear people talking about dark color + cold = very bad. My head isnt much darker than the regular color, but it is a bit cooler. I couldnt classify it as cold, but on a scale of 1-10, probably a 3 or 4 as a degree of coldness. Im sure that the head gets cold A LITTLE….no?

Anyways, to the guys that are thinking of getting it, go for it. Not hard at all to use. Dont be intimdated by all the instructions, it really isnt that hard, but DO follow all of them. Well, time to go do some work,

It sounds like you are off to a good start. The head being a little cool should not be a problem. However, you should check yourself regualarly throughout each hanging session. Avoid dark purple and really cold. Especially avoid any numbness. Go up in weight slowly over time. I have made some great gains from hanging. It’s likely that you can too.
