I do 2 set 20min hang with 12lbs BTC. If I hang SD I can do 15lbs or more. I use to do an additional hanging in the morning but I eliminated that for now. As for retraction, I use ace bandage on my unit afterwards and sleep with it at night. It’s flexible so when I get an erection it expands.
