fatigue vs. PI of growth
On the one hand fatigue is recommended, when hanging.
On the other hand one should stop and rethink the routine if a positive indicator of growth went south.
Im saying this, because yesterday I started hanging again. I used 4lb for my 3 hour session.
I did some massaging in the breaks to get a little more blood circulation.
In the middle of the session (after 1,5h) I noticed that my erection was a little bigger and harder than normal.
I thought “Great, it feels like I am on the right track”. So I kept hanging for another 1,5 hours, since I still did not feel fatigue.
At the end of the session, I did not really feel fatigue. I tried to get an erection, but this time it was even weaker than normal.
Should I have stopped earlier because the PI of growth was still there or do I have to ignore it this time?
How do I know, when to listen to fatigue or to the PI of growth?
