Please note the following is related to hanging, which I have practiced for a long while now after years of conditioning my penis. Because I have been a lurker, I have not contributed much (until today I hope), and thus do not have the required 30 posts under my pants to post in the hanging thread. Having trouble getting to fatigue in your daily hanging routine? Forgot what the feeling of “riding the fatigue” is like? I can get you where you want to go with a simple tool: the bungee cord.
How I usually get to fatigue pre-bungee cord is to hang with the heaviest weight I could and wait. Most of the time, fatigue does not set in until the last of my 3 daily sets, or sometimes not at all. Because I travel to my wife’s country and stay for long periods of time, I needed to find substitutes for my weight plates to continue my routine. Credits to some hangers here who mentioned that they use the bungee cord instead of weight plates.
With the bungee cord, it is easier to hang BTC and OTS then with regular weight plates. I would find an attachment point as high as a comfortable surface that I could get on all fours on, say my bed. After attachment, either facing away (BTC angle) or towards (OTS angle), crawl away from the attachment point. My arms and legs might get tired after crawling for a while. I just lie on my side, anchoring myself and fixing the tension.
What I like about bungee cording is that I can change the pulling force on the penis in an instant. I could be going 5s gritting my teeth, pulling like I want to rip out the window grill with my penis, and then immediately reducing the tension to let my senses recover. Then I go again trying to rip that grill out. After a few minutes of this, my penis if it could talk, would crying and screaming for its mother. The distinction between this and hanging heavy weights is that the change of force can be done in an instant and is more within my control.
Finally, I switch to weight plates, because by this time, I cannot ensure that I can continue to provide a constant force. I usually use 2.5kg. At this weight, it usually took me hours to get to fatigue. However if I bungee corded in the initial phase, 2.5kg is enough of me to feel that burn again.

TL;DR
Use bungee cord, attach it to something solid, pull with penis until fatigue and continue routine with usual weight plates. Ride that fatigue.
