This question I am going to exclude my whole PE routine except for hanging.

I currently hang at 10lbs 1 to 1.2 hours a day 4 days a week. I have been considering a VAC ADS due to comfort, less skin stretching, and being able to get much more hanging time in due to longer hanging periods and comfort.

The problem with the VAC ADS is the max is 5lbs. So question is what do you think would result in more gains, 10lbs at 1 to 1.2 hours a day, or 5lbs Vac ADS at 3 hours a day.

I do need to change up my hanging routine. Keep in mind I still manually stretch and lightly jelq. But which one of the two hanging routines would you recommend for quicker gains?

Why don’t you hang every day? You should aim for at least 10 hours of hanging a week. Also, no need to stretch if you’re already hanging.

Five pounds is not a great deal of weight and it seems a lot of guys have had to go well above 10 pounds to see significant gains. I think I would either continue with what you are doing, or just go with wearing an extender for however many hours a day is practical for you.

I stealth PE so that is not an option for me. I don’t think I can get much past 10lbs anyhow. Also I don’t think its a bad idea to warm up and stretch before a hanging session. I also stretch a few times during the day and night to help prevent turtling.

If you go over 5 pounds with a vac ADS you will get a strong suction on your tip with a chance for water blisters. I know from personal experience. You can tape the tip and it helps some but even using micropore tape its hard to get off and hurt my glans skin. If you are serious about hanging I would think about a Bib. I use a redi-stretcher and I actually put on a vac ads and wrap around with thera band and then clamp just behind so I’m grabbing inner penis and limiting glans suction pressure. I’ve gone up to about 11 pounds with this set up. The redi-stretcher looks like a wrench of sorts rather than a dick stretcher so its good for stealth. With a good grip you can probably manually pull 15 pounds or so. I use a silicone sheath and I do stretch before I hang to pre-exhaust the tissues. I am stealth as well so even though I’m not able to hang as much as I’d like I have seen gains and am convinced that hard core hanging with dedication will give results.

You don’t say what your using for a hanger. Or did I miss something?

I use a modified cable clamp with gel inserts.

I figured with the results I was having with an ADS at 3 hours a day that hanging 4+ hours at 5lbs would replicate ADS types of gains.

Also hanging is creating some unwanted loose skin. I believe the VAC ADS would help eliminate that problem.

I need to modify my routine anyhow. I have hit a 4 month stall. I am considering hanging 5lbs 4+ hours a day after a good manual stretch and heating treatment. Then wearing an anti turtle sleeve the rest of the day.

I’ve never heard of anyone using a cable clamp for hanging. How is that done. I mean Cable clamps around a Captains Wench I understand but otherwise by themselves? You got my curiosity going.

The cable clamp only pinches the sides. I bought some thick but very soft gel sole inserts. I cut them to fit and super glued them to the inside of the clamp.

I then tied a small rope at the joint of the clamp and one by the entry point of where it locks. Then I have a hook in the middle of it. I wrap, clamp it on and hang.

I am considering changing my new routine to cervixhunter’s stretch, Autosleeve 5lb vac hang, jelqing, more manual stretching then wearing an anti turtle sleeve the rest of the day/night.

What are your thoughts on that?
