I’ve done, and I have gained. I think the question in itself is somethat a fake problem, dlm4. Every PE techniques put stress on your penis. It’s not the means that counts, but that such stress, AKA tension or force, is applied on a consistent enough regimen, for the right amount of time, with the right amount onf intensity and with the right frequency.
I’d say jelqs are the most effective PE technique - if someone had no gains with jelqing, but had with some other technique, I tend do believe that he never learned the correct technique and/or did too much.
It’s true that hanging tends to make your penis harder to deform, but I think that applies foremost in regard to other length-oriented tecniques. Instead, girth-oriented exercises could work well right after a hanging routine.
If you are only interested in length gains and you can’t do hanging anymore, the nearest thing you could use instead than a hanger should be an extender, IMHO.
