I can devote three sets of hanging for sure. I do work a lot but I am willing to make time for anything that will help me gain. I’ve been doing pe for years so that definitely proves I have the dedication to get something out of it.

With hangng, I have always been amazingly consistent, mostly because I feel that when I spend so much time and effort doing it, the down side of quitting or taking a day off is so much bigger.

I’m now on my 11th week hanging without a single day off. There have been days with only 2 sets though, but I’ve been consistent and keep pulling my dick whenever I can and now also use an ADS/traction wrap.

If I applied the same consistency with manual stretches, I’m sure I would have reaped there as well. Still, it is a fact that I never felt I got the streches to work really well.

I’ve asked this question myself if you look further down this page. Consensus among hangers seems to be that daily hanging is to be preferred over taking breaks. My EQ was slightly reduced as a hanger, but not by much, so I’m sure it’s pretty safe. I never did a crazy amount of sets per day anyway.

I have tried both Tom’s AFB, made for very little money, and the bib hanger, being a bit more expensive. I found the AFB to work fine for lower weights, but once hitting or, attempting to hit, double digits in pounds I found the bib to be much more comfortable. The way the bib grabs your penis feels quite different as well which might increase effectiveness or at very least just make things more comfortable and thus increase the likelihood that you will use it often.

I combine a hanger and an extender together, with the extender pulling very lightly as a sort of ADS essentially. Personally, I don’t take days off from hanging unless the soreness is unbearable and on those rare days I use the extender very gently. Some soreness is good though, it’s part of how I know I’m getting somewhere. Hanging hasn’t really effected my EQ negatively, if it has it has only slightly done so, but does not in any way hinder the multiple daily sex sessions I typically have.

If you build a big dick and can’t use it while you build it bigger, then all this is for nothing in my opinion.
