Finally ready to start hanging.
Ok fellas I have a question for you vets and successors. I have been doing pe for about 4 years now, mostly on and off b/c of discouragement, but I have been very steady for the last year. I have tried multiple jelqing routines, ads, and pumps with no success of growth in length of girth. I made a thread a couple of months ago and someone(believe it was Mem) suggested that I tried hanging. I don’t know why, but hanging always scared me. Well I am no longer concerned with the fear of it. Now I have read the hanging 101 about routines, times, and different types of hangers. My question to you guys is what would you suggest as a reliable hanger device that possibly might give me some success. Is a hanger something I should purchase already assembled or make my own. Also I didnt see this anywhere, for the guys that hang do you do any jelqing routines along with the hanging routine or only hanging. Thats all all information and suggestions are appreciated.
