I just wanted to share, that after months of using the bibhanger (about 4 years ago) and no gains i finally made some hanging gains. I bought my Phallosan Forte about 1 year ago and just used it casually as an ADS. But it was not so comfortable. Now i found some more time to start hanging again and i started with about 3 pound and workd my way slowly up to about 5 pounds (took me about 1 month).
I hang for about 2 hrs a day, very comfortably 2 sets of 1 hour each with jelqing in between.
I made a 0.6cm erect gain!

I always wished I stuck to hanging. I saw gains using a bib hanger after a few months. My biggest issue was how boring those two and half hours were.

Congratulations! Stay consistent and as 5.5 suggests, I’d look at using heat.


Mar21 - BPFSL: 6.5", BPEL: 6.5", NBPEL: 6", MEG: 5.5"

Jan22 - BPFSL: 8" (cold), BPEL: 7.5", NBPEL: 6.875", MEG: 5.5"

One Day - BPFSL: 9.5", BPEL: 9", NBPEL: 8.5", MEG: 6"

Sure i use heat. Sorry i didn’t mention. Just feels softer with heat on. Hanging was never fun and also isn’t with the PF, but it’s so much more comfortable then the bib was…
